Dear Families,
We hope you have all found some moments of relaxation and enjoyment
this summer.
The religious education program at CCoT exists to support parents/guardians
who are the primary educators of their children. We provide
the curriculum and activities that will build upon the faith
values that you share with your children at home.
We hope that you will take the time to fill out the attached
forms for our records and to make sure your child is enrolled
in all the possible opportunities here at CCoT.
The church is moving forward to help us grow in our faith and
connection with God and Jesus. We are making great strides in
developing new programs for our children, youth and families
to foster this growth. Please keep an eye out for fun and faithful
experiences for everyone in the whole family!
Enclosed you will find the registration forms for enrollment
in our religious education and fellowship programs:
1.) Church School Registration Forms
2.) CORI form for all parents and volunteers. These forms
are required under our Safe Church Policy.
The registration and CORI form must be completed each year
for each child and adult that will be involved in church school,
youth groups, music programs, or any combination thereof. Additional
forms can be downloaded at www.topsfieldchurch.org under the
youth programs forms tab. We know it’s a lot of paperwork,
but please take a moment to f i l l out these forms and return
them to the church via one of the fol lowing opt ions:
1.) Mail to: 9 East Common St. Topsfield, MA 01983
2. ) Drop it off at the church office in Irina’s Box
3.) Bring it with you to Homecoming on September 11, 2011.
We look forward to coming together again as a
church family on Homecoming Sunday, September 11th. Along with
gathering for worship, you will learn about new plans and programs
to enrich our life together here at CCoT! Sunday school and related
programs will commence on September 18th
.
