Fair Booth Summary – 2025
The 2025 Fair Booth volunteers did a remarkable job, even with three days of inclement weather. The sales numbers were slightly lower than the previous year, but were respectable, given the fair attendance on rainy days.
For the 10 days of the fair, we sliced 74 turkey breasts which were served in 2,442 turkey dinners or sandwiches. We had a great turnout of volunteers. In all it takes around 41 shifts each day of the fair to keep up with the demand for 455 hot dogs, 447 hamburgers, 106 bags of stuffing, 56 trays of macaroni and cheese, and 1079 bottles of soda. We look forward to participation from our congregation to continue to run this fund-raiser smoothly as the proceeds of our efforts go to our mission and outreach.
