Be part of a Topsfield tradition! Each year, hundreds of volunteers help us operate the Congregational Church of Topsfield's restaurant at the Topsfield Fair.
Everyone is welcome—you do not need to be a member of our church to volunteer. High school students can receive community service hours.
Whether you've volunteered with us for years or this is your first time, we'd love to have you join us. Choose a shift, meet some neighbors, and help us raise money that supports our mission and community partners.

Volunteer at Our Topsfield Fair Booth
What Will I Do?
It takes lots of people doing lots of different jobs to keep the Fair Booth running! Volunteers help take orders, serve meals, prepare food, wash dishes, restock supplies, and keep things running behind the scenes.
The Fair Booth Worker Illustrated orientation guide is a great place to start to get acquainted with various roles at the fair. And once you arrive at the fair, we'll make sure you understand what to do.
There are opportunities for different ages, abilities, and experience levels. Choose a shift that works for you, and we'll help you know what to do when you arrive.
Need Community Service Hours?
High school students are welcome to volunteer at the Fair Booth and can receive credit for community service hours. It's a great way to complete service hours while being part of one of Topsfield's biggest community traditions.
Need documentation of your hours? At the end of your shift, just ask the manager to sign your form verifying your hours.
Why the Fair Booth Matters
The Fair Booth is more than a Topsfield tradition. The money we raise helps support the mission and outreach work of the Congregational Church of Topsfield and our community partners including Emmaus, Inc., Lazarus House, Habitat for Humanity, Citizens Inn and more.
